Should I select to add the Red Color to text and emblem?

The engraved Text and Emblem is permanently engraved into the stainless id tag,and will never wear off in normal use.

However the ADDED RED ENAMEL color is affected by wear, ph of the skin, etc. and is NOT PERMANENT and will wear off in time. Even when the red enamel color wears off the engraved text and emblem is easily read when needed by emergency personnel. EMT's know where to look for medical ID alert jewelry.

I measured my wrist incorrectly for my medical ID bracelet and it does not fit. How can I get the measurement corrected?

Please contact us HERE and we will instruct you on how to get the medical ID bracelet fit corrected.

Can you add engraving information to my Med ID Bracelet?

Once our medical ID bracelets are engraved, the bracelet tag is "curved to fit the wrist" and once the tag is curved additional information cannot be added.

On all of our medical ID tags, the text is centered on the tag and it would be difficult to add to the necklace pendants.

How do you open the medical ID bracelet clasp?

Hold the clasp up-side-down, so the steel "O" ring slips to the bottom of the clasp.

This will allow the clasp to open.

The reason for this design is to prevent the clasp from unlatching and losing the bracelet.
