Personalized Medical ID Bracelets and other engraved items
Custom engraved medical ID jewelry orders are received by the engraver immediately and cannot be changed after the order is placed. It's important to take time to carefully review the order before submitting.
Shipping.
Most paid orders are mailed out within 4-5 business days. The number of business days it takes for an order to be mailed is stated in the order. Please allow 2 weeks after the order is placed for delivery of the order.
Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service with Confirmation Delivery Mail Service(r), which serves as proof of delivery.
Non receipt of orders must be reported within 30 days of placing the order. It is very difficult to track a package after thirty days.
Orders placed with an incorrect mailing address requires adequate time for the order to be returned to MedIDs by the U.S Postal Service and for re-shipping to the customer. Additional charges may apply.
Customers are responsible to check accuracy of engraving information on personalized medical ID jewelry, as well as the shipping address, etc. and verified as accurate before submitting the order.
Our manufacturing process for personalized medical ID jewelry eliminates most retyping of your engraving information and also makes it impossible to stop the processing to make order changes . We also use available technology to minimize production errors, however, if we make spelling mistakes during engraving, we will replace your order at no charge to you. To better serve you, please notify us of any order error before returning the item to us.
Warranty.
We warranty our products for 3 months, and repair it once free if the problem is due to manufacturer workmanship or part quality. After 3 months, we will repair the bracelet for $13. Our warranty guarantees quality in workmanship under normal use. Our warranty does not cover beaded or leather jewelry worn in water or sports. Please remember, our medical id bracelets are not indestructible and should be treated with the same care as other jewelry.
Return policies.
All engraved ID tags or charms are not refundable. Shipping on non-custom engraved items are also not refundable. Non personalized items may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt of the purchase, providing the item has not be opened and removed from the card package and must be returned at the customers expense. Contact us for instructions regarding the return of non-personalized items in order to complete the transaction as soon as possible to better serve you.
WARNING Babies and children should not wear necklaces due to the risk of strangulation! Babies and children may also choke on beads or small parts should the jewelry break! Please be sure to use our medical jewelry with care around small children.
