Bracelet Description

Oblong Bracelet with Medical Emblem. Custom Engraved with up to 4 lines on front side
5 lines on back side (Small text).
Tag size is 9/16" x 1-3/4"

Our Medical Tags are made from 304 Stainless Steel for durability.
Tags are stamped deeply with 1/6" characters for easy readability.

You may order tags stamped with any of the following characters

Bracelet tag measures 2" x 1/2" (5 cm x 2.5 cm)
Individual orders ship in a padded envelope.

We recommend the use of a medical identification wallet card (provided with your medical jewelry order that you complete with a pen) to keep a record of current meds, medical conditions, emergency contacts, etc. in your wallet or purse that is easy to update because this information changes frequently. The engraved Text and Emblem are permanently engraved into the stainless id tag,and will never wear off in normal use, however the ADDED RED ENAMEL color is affected by wear and is NOT PERMANENT. The clear engraving makes your confidential information less obvious from casual view until the information is needed, yet this information is easily read when needed by emergency personnel. There is no additional charge to add the red enamel color however may require one (1) additional day to engrave and ship.
