Contact information, and other information to ensure that there are no delays or errors in your order. A copy of this information is e-mailed with the completion of each order.
You will receive two (2) e-mail's when you place an order to confirm that your order has been received at Medids.com.
Re: Custom Stainless Medical ID Bracelets and Pendants:
If there are needed changes in the engraving, or other order information, after you place an order, there are instructions in your "Customer Receipt" e-mail (and below) on how to submit these changes to Medids.com in time to make corrections before your order is completed and mailed to you.
Note: All order changes must be made within twelve (12) hours from the time of the original order placement as verified when you place an order.
Note: In the event your receive more than one (1) Customer Receipt email, containing the same order number, please note that we only ship and charge for One (1) order.

My e-mail receipt, sent momentarily after order placement, includes all data used to fill my order; I will verify it's accuracy.

There are times when information (e.g..engraving data, etc.) are not reviewed by the customer and errors are made and information may be omitted.
Therefore, the reason we call special attention to the importance of reviewing the "Customer Receipt" email as soon as it arrives to insure that your order is correct.

How to correct your order BEFORE the order is processed.

We will do our best to correct an order error after the order has been submitted to us.
Should you need to correct an error in your ON LINE CREDIT CARD order make a copy of your e-mail
"Customer Receipt" to follow and make the needed changes and email to us at
the e-mail address on the receipt.
Important:
The second e-mail ("Customer Receipt E-mail") will contain your personal order information, your personal Order Number, product/s ordered, the medical text you want engraved, if applicable, billing address, etc.
This e-mail is usually received within a few minutes after you completed your order.
Please review this "Customer Receipt E-mail" e-mail to be sure your order is accurate. This email contains your complete order information. We process the order based on this information.
If you e-mail an order change within a 12 hours from the time you placed your order , we will make those changes.
OR
If your order is a "Mail Order", copy your Customer Email Receipt, make needed changes in the engraving text, etc. and mail along with your payment.
We do not make order corrections by telephone.
It is best to e-mail these changes rather than by telephone. There are less chances of errors plus, you have a record of the corrections.

If there is an engraving error on OUR PART, your medical id product will be corrected and mailed at no expense to you.
Let us know by e-mail if an error should occur.

If the error is on YOUR PART, we will be happy to correct your order, however, there will be a charge to remake and reship your corrected order.
It is very easy to transpose a word or number. Please review your order carefully and keep a copy of your e-mail "Customer Receipt" on file.

Return policy.
* ALL SALES ON CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY ARE FINAL. We can not accept returns or exchanges on custom engraved bracelets and pendants. All bracelet and pendant descriptions (illustrations, images, product size, engraved text size and emblem sizes, etc.) are described on the order page.

We manually process all credit card orders. In the event your order is declined because you may have transposed
an account number or incorrect exp. date, we will notify you by e-mail. Please check you e-mail daily in the event
we have questions concerning your order.
The approx. number of days before your credit card order will be shipped to you (From the day your order was submitted)
will be noted on your Customer Receipt e-mail.

RE: Mail Orders
Mail orders are shipped to you upon receipt of Money Order Payments.
If you pay by check, orders are delayed. Mailed within approx. 2 weeks of receipt of your check.

In order to prevent a delay in the mailing of your order, please check your e-mail over the next few days in case we have a question concerning your order.
In the event engraved medical text is duplicated (Changes were made in the engraving text and the shopping cart was not "Updated" before submitting your order), we will try to contact you by e-mail if we have a question regarding your order.
We will do our best to contact you if we have questions concerning your order. If we do not receive a response from you we will complete your order as best as possible or either cancel the order.
Important:
We do not edit the engraving text for spelling errors and are not responsible for incorrect bracelet measurements.
The engraved information on the "FEATURED MEDICAL BRACELETS AND NECKLACE PENDANTS" will be formatted in ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS in lines of text that will fit your bracelet or necklace and centered on the tag.
The text is deeply engraved into the id bracelet and pendants and is permanent and will not wear off. The added red enamel color IS affected by the ph of the skin, normal wear, etc., and will wear off, however, the text and emblem will remain clear and easy to read. (There is no charge for the added red color.)
Custom engraving, (name, medical data, etc.) is not available on the Diabetic Bracelets, Diabetic Pendants, or any of our pill fobs. The emergency medical symbol is engraved on the Nitro Fresh Pill carrier.
We recommend various other web sites for special medical identification products and all questions concerning their products or sales will have to be directed to their attention.
